Keeton’s onsite laboratory serves as the cornerstone of our research and development program. This program enables us to seamlessly integrate innovation into product development. Our specialized strains form the core of all our probiotic products, distinguishing them as industry-leading.

PROGRAM GOALS

Identify microbes with improved efficacy at different salinities, temperatures, pH and against known pathogens.

Find novel bacteria that are more reactive against emerging strains of aquaculture related pathogens.

Continue to develop more effective bacterial strains with stronger enzyme production, stronger disease resistance, better assimilation of organics, and faster growth rates.

RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT

In 2016, we established our Research and Development lab to confront the escalating challenges posed by pathogenic bacteria and viruses in the global aquaculture industry.

Our primary goal is to unearth and cultivate innovative probiotic bacterial strains capable of enhancing harvest yields and boosting profits for farmers worldwide. Leveraging cutting-edge technology developed by our team of scientists, we have succeeded in crafting the world's most affective probiotics.

Additionally, we dedicate our efforts to addressing emerging pathogens, striving to devise solutions that are not only effective but also economically viable for the average commercial farmer.
